These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of immigration advice and representation services by Zeza Law Chamber, a firm of immigration advisers regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), located at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB.

References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Zeza Law Chamber. References to "you" or "your" refer to the client engaging our services.

Section 02

Our Services

We provide immigration advice and representation services in relation to UK Visa applications, British Nationality and Citizenship applications, Immigration Advice and Representation before the Home Office, and applications made via the British High Commission abroad.

The scope of services to be provided in your specific case will be agreed in writing at the outset of our engagement.

Please note: Our services constitute immigration advice and representation, not legal advice in the broader sense. We are regulated by the IAA to provide immigration advice and services only.

Section 03

Regulatory Status

Zeza Law Chamber is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). Our advisers hold the appropriate qualifications and are authorised to provide immigration advice and representation in accordance with the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 and all applicable regulations.

We are required to act in your best interests, maintain professional standards, and comply with the IAA's Code of Standards at all times.

Section 04

Client Responsibilities

In order for us to provide you with the best possible service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in relation to your immigration matter at all times.
  • Promptly provide all documents, information, and instructions we reasonably request.
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may be relevant to your application.
  • Act promptly on our advice and instructions to avoid missing Home Office deadlines.
  • Keep us informed of your current contact details throughout your case.

We accept no responsibility for adverse outcomes arising from failure to fulfil these responsibilities, including failure to provide accurate information or act within required timeframes.

Section 05

Fees & Payment

Our fees will be confirmed to you in writing prior to commencing work. Fees may be structured as a fixed fee, an hourly rate, or a combination, depending on the nature of your matter.

Our fees do not include Home Office application fees, biometric appointment fees, translation costs, or any other third-party disbursements, which remain your responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Refund Policy: Fees paid for work already undertaken are non-refundable. If a matter is concluded early, any unused fees may be refunded at our discretion, taking into account work already performed.

Section 06

Confidentiality & Data Protection

We treat all information you provide as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your express consent, except where required by law, regulatory obligation, or the proper conduct of your matter.

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Section 07

Limitation of Liability

We provide immigration advice based on the information available to us at the time and in accordance with immigration laws and policies in force at the relevant time. Immigration law is subject to change, and we accept no liability for changes in law or policy occurring after advice has been given.

Our liability shall be limited to direct losses arising from our negligence or wilful default, and shall in any event not exceed the total fees paid to us in connection with the relevant matter.

We accept no liability for the decisions of the Home Office, the British High Commission, or any other government authority, as these decisions are entirely at their discretion.

Section 08

Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to raise your concern with us in the first instance. Complaints should be made in writing to our office address below. We will acknowledge receipt within five working days and aim to provide a full response within 28 days.

If you remain dissatisfied following our response, you may have the right to raise your complaint with the IAA.
